Leading domain registrar Dotster Inc. launches NameWinner affiliate program.

VANCOUVER, Wash. - Dotster Inc., a leading ICANN accredited domain name registrar, today announced the launch of its NameWinner affiliate program, designed to enable customers to benefit from the lucrative expiring domain name marketplace. With direct access to the registry through Dotster, NameWinner is able to register valuable expiring domain names the instant they are deleted from the registry.

NameWinner affiliates earn commissions by placing links to NameWinner on their sites. For every successful expiring domain name registered through the link, the affiliate earns a commission. Because NameWinner utilizes an auction system, affiliate payouts grow as customers bid on domain names.

Of the millions of domain names registered worldwide, only a fraction represent live, active Web sites. Thousands of these inactive domains expire each week, and NameWinner has technology in place to grab them for our customers, said Clint Page, Dotster president.
NameWinners new affiliate program is an excellent way for customers with trafficked sites to earn additional revenue for their referrals to Dotster.

NameWinner bids begin at $25 for one-year registrations. Affiliates earn $4 commissions on domains selling for $25-$50; $5 on domains selling for $51-$100; $8 on domains selling for $101-$250; $16 for domains selling for $251-$500; $25 for domains selling for $500-$1,000; and $40 for domains selling for more than $1,000.

NameWinner customers can search for domain names at the Starting Line, the sites up-to-date list of expiring domain names, for domain name registration ideas. Customers can also perform searches by entering a key word into a search box to receive a list of all domain names set to expire containing that key word. If a NameWinner customer is the highest bidder on a domain name and it is successfully registered, the affiliate is automatically credited the appropriate commission.
Since launching in August, NameWinner has successfully registered the majority of customer-requested domain names. Successful domain name registrations to-date include compare.com, biochemistry.com, and tabloids.com.
